Brooks Glycerin 23 W

Nitrogen-infused foam, extreme durability, and a new era of urban running - Brooks Glycerin

The Brooks Glycerin running line represents the pinnacle of maximum cushioning. The Seattle-based brand Brooks has focused solely on running for over a century, and the Glycerin model line is their flagship for those who refuse to compromise on comfort. This silhouette excels as an elite running tool, while also being a strong player in the progressive urban running style trend, which brings functional athletic footwear from the tracks straight to the city streets.

Liquid nitrogen engineering and extreme longevity

What makes the Brooks Glycerin models a mechanical marvel is the revolutionary midsole manufacturing process. Brooks utilizes DNA LOFT v3 technology, which is cushioning foam infused with liquid nitrogen. This super-critical filtration process ensures that the midsole is incredibly soft, lightweight, and maintains excellent responsiveness.

With every impact on hard urban concrete, the shoe reliably absorbs shocks. Thanks to nitrogen infusion, this foam is exceptionally resistant to material fatigue. While regular shoes tend to "break down" over time, the Brooks Glycerin retains its cushioning properties for an incredibly long time. They are officially designed to handle 650 to 800 genuine running kilometers. However, if you plan to wear them purely as lifestyle sneakers for casual outings, their lifespan will significantly extend due to less dynamic stress.

Seamless upper and premium material architecture

Brooks Glycerin excels in every detail. The entire shoe construction is tailored to the ergonomics of the human foot and a modern aesthetic:

• Engineered Air Mesh: Highly breathable, mechanically woven upper that naturally adapts to the shape of your foot and breathes exceptionally well.
• 3D Fit Print: Special three-dimensional printing on the upper that adds strategic structure and strength to the shoe without increasing weight.
• Extended cushioning platform: A wider base provides natural stability and a smooth, seamless transition from heel to toe with every step.

How to achieve modern urban styling?

With their tech-inspired look, massive midsole, and organic lines, these sneakers fit perfectly into modern technical outfits. They work great in combination with functional running leggings, nylon shorts, or technical cargo pants. Top it off with a waterproof windbreaker or an oversized heavy cotton hoodie.
